Job Summary

Lead quality and compliance for PTI finish installations by training Licensed Installers and Certified Builders and providing ongoing field support across the Eastern seaboard. Conduct warranty evaluations and inspections on worksites, communicate with pool builders and homeowners to resolve escalated concerns, and document customer interactions in PTI’s systems. Coordinate with internal teams (Warranty Administrator, Customer Service, Sales, and R&D) and perform limited repair work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support and ongoing training to PTI’s installer base to ensure quality and compliance of finish installations.
•Communicate and visit pool builders/applicators about installation quality and address customer concerns.
•Travel to installers/builders within specific regions for scheduled visits and urgent issues; conduct homeowner inspections to resolve escalated situations.
•Maintain regular verbal and written communication with Warranty Administrator, Customer Service Manager, and Director, and coordinate with PTI Sales Managers.
•Document and update customer interactions in PTI’s customer service software, forms, and reports; collaborate with R&D and perform minor repairs as needed.

Key Requirements

•Provide training and ongoing support to installers and builders to ensure high-quality, compliant PTI finish installations.
•Experience with pool plastering or cement finishing, or an educational degree in a construction-related field.
•Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people at all organizational levels and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
•Construction/manual labor experience is a plus; must be proficient with computers and able to document customer interactions.
•Able to travel within the region (up to 60%), lift up to 50 pounds, and work comfortably around chemicals; valid driver’s license required.
