Key Responsibilities

  • •Kit up and maintain kitted production parts for all cable tray lines and deliver materials to support production.
  • •Use powered material handling equipment (e.g., walking crane) to stock parts on assembly lines and remove completed parts.
  • •Identify pending kit part shortages and request assistance from purchasing; initiate ordering/picking up crib parts or boxes.
  • •Use SAP for part identification when parts are not clearly labeled, and label identified parts.
  • •Perform 5S/continuous improvement, unload scrap, band/stage/take out products or materials, and load materials into machinery or racks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX.
  • •Forklift experience (stand up and sit down) is preferred.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs occasionally by stooping, reaching, and bending.
  • •Ability to stand for eight hours plus and work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as dictated by business need.
