Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end, serving as the senior technical authority from architecture decisions through production handoff.
  • •Design and deploy agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and deterministic guardrails.
  • •Own the data lifecycle for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring data readiness and supporting model pipelines.
  • •Resolve technical blockers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, and performance regressions.
  • •Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions, codify reusable patterns and playbooks, and surface field insights to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6–10 years for Senior levels) with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and working knowledge of the others.
  • •Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, with prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
  • •Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
