Key Responsibilities

•Advise clients on the successful realization of challenging construction projects for pharma/life science/biotech sectors.
•Plan and control projects and programs of varying size and complexity, including project organization, objective setting, scheduling, steering, and progress documentation.
•Ensure structured stakeholder management and act as a reliable point of contact for client departments, general planners, general contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
•Represent the client as Bauherrenvertreter with deep understanding of customer requirements, including designs, specifications and technical Vorgaben.
•Maintain oversight of building completion, commissioning, and handover processes at all times.

Key Requirements

•Technical degree in civil/structural engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or similar field.
•Around 10 years of relevant project management/controls experience for complex high-rise construction projects, with specific experience in pharma/life science/biotech projects.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with quick comprehension and ability for analytic, interconnected thinking.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; enjoy working in multicultural teams.
•Experience with large, complex projects; ability to be assertive, decisive, and collaborative, with attention to detail.
