Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage procurement buying process for a set of goods within a COE, applying sourcing policy and coordinating specifications and budgets.
  • •Operate in accordance with SOP and QMS; place and follow up on POs to ensure seamless execution.
  • •Manage supplier relationships and address issues such as schedule changes throughout the PO lifecycle; update ERP.
  • •Initiate actions to achieve best value for materials, balancing cost below budget, optimal quality, and schedule needs.
  • •Drive procurement operational excellence and KPI governance through continuous improvement and supplier/service delivery on schedule.
