Support pre-consignment pricing, track sell-through performance and conversion metrics, and collaborate with Pricing and Authentication teams to improve market insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate valuation appointments, providing a relaxed consultative experience that educates clients on handbag value in the marketplace.
•Conduct real-time authentication and valuation of luxury handbags using brand- and category-specific tools and resources.
•Provide pre-consignment pricing support to consignors and internal sales partners.
•Maintain understanding of pricing trends and sell-through velocity by partnering with Pricing and Authentication teams.
•Own sell-through performance and appointment-to-consignment conversion metrics, partnering with the Store Manager and supporting store needs as required.
