Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Archaeology Field Supervisors in field operations and ensure adherence to project plans and regulatory requirements.
  • •Coordinate field activities and manage field crews, equipment, and safety procedures on site.
  • •Provide clear field notes and communicate field discoveries and strategies to the office team.
  • •Monitor production timelines and ensure staff performance and behavior meet project expectations.
  • •Assist in documentation and reporting, ensuring accurate recording of field data and notes.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Certificate + 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Valid Applied Research (R) or Professional (P) class license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM)
  • •Valid Driver's License
  • •Willingness to work out of town within Ontario for extended periods of time
  • •First Aid Certification is an asset
