Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily clearing and settlement across DTCC, CNS and non-CNS for both retail and institutional clients.
  • •Perform DTC equity settlement tasks including ACAT/non-ACAT transfers, pair-offs, RAD management, and fail reporting.
  • •Manage trade fails and buy-ins, issue broker-to-broker buy-in notices, and monitor through DTC’s Obligation Warehouse.
  • •Resolve trade exceptions across CTM and OASYS; reconcile DTCC records with internal books and records.
  • •Assist with audits, regulatory inquiries, and develop SOPs to support training, incident response, and continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • •3+ years of clearing, settlement, or broker-dealer operations experience.
  • •Series 99 and/or Series 7 license or ability to acquire within 90 days.
  • •Strong knowledge of DTCC settlement (CNS & non-CNS).
  • •Experience with institutional client trade flows, allocations, affirmations, confirmations, and settlement.
