Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual and last-mile planning for the Americas end-to-end, including geo structure, headcount, territory design, quota allocation, and mid-year adjustments.
  • •Own the Americas operating cadence: forecast roll-ups and calls, pipeline and deal reviews, and MBRs/QBRs; set standards for defensible commits.
  • •Partner with Americas sales and marketing leadership on full-funnel execution—demand and pipeline generation, progression/conversion, close, and expansion.
  • •Own regional performance management and analytics (attainment, productivity, conversion/slippage) and diagnose what drives results; collaborate with data/analytics teams.
  • •Serve as operational owner for broken, stuck, or unclear processes and numbers by pulling in central teams as needed and ensuring resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in sales operations, field operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM finance, supporting a multi-segment field organization at scale.
  • •Deep pipeline and forecast discipline delivering a regional number; able to distinguish forecast processes from forecast meetings and explain changes that closed gaps.
  • •Fluency with deployment toolkit including territory design, quota allocation, coverage/capacity modeling, and the ability to pressure-test and defend assumptions.
  • •Owner-operator mindset running regional operations end-to-end, measuring outcomes by results produced, not activity.
  • •SQL fluency required, with hands-on familiarity with ClickHouse, Hex, or a comparable analytics stack; strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
