Drive Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solution vision by partnering with Sales for both fast-moving and strategic opportunities. Use discovery and research to identify customer challenges and build compelling stories through presentations and product demos. Support Account Executives alongside peer Solution Consultants, spot ways to better support customers, and participate in projects that improve efficiency and help you grow within the business.

•Partner with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants to support low-touch and strategic sales opportunities.
•Use discovery and research to identify customer business challenges.
•Build and deliver presentations and product demos that showcase how Workday addresses customer challenges.
•Contribute to identifying opportunities to better support customers and drive business initiatives.
•Participate in various projects and teams to achieve goals and build your career at Workday.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 157,600 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software Solution Consulting experience or value-based influential selling experience.
•3+ years of experience working with and/or selling HCM systems.
•Experience with Workforce Management systems (Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling).
•Experience working in industries with frontline workers (Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Energy/Utilities).
•Outstanding discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level executives.
