Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Manage a portfolio of diverse, complex commercial customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities. Serve as the primary advisor to drive customer satisfaction and retention, cross-sell products with internal partners, and analyze portfolio performance to reduce risk and improve profitability. Facilitate credit requests from structuring and negotiation through documentation, and support resolution of customer issues. Ensure compliance and represent the bank through community and business engagement.
