Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Visier platform, acting as the technical and functional owner for configuration, metric definitions, security models, release management, and vendor relationship.
  • •Build and extend Visier content (metrics, boards, alerts) and expand into new data subjects as systems are onboarded.
  • •Manage integration between the data platform and Visier by partnering with Data Engineering on upstream models.
  • •Own data quality by defining checks, triaging failures, and driving fixes back to source systems.
  • •Drive AI & self-service analytics by ensuring alignment between AI-assisted answers and Visier dashboards, and enable the People team through training, documentation, and office hours.

Key Requirements
