Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate the development, documentation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of cyber risk management policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain process governance frameworks and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance risk management maturity.
  • •Manage and optimize cyber risk management platforms, including configuring tools, integrating with security infrastructure/business systems, and troubleshooting issues.
  • •Consolidate and validate risks from multiple sources to produce an integrated risk landscape view, and prepare detailed risk reports for stakeholders and governance forums.
  • •Collaborate across IT, security, compliance, and business units, acting as a liaison to translate risk data into actionable insights and support cyber risk assessment/mitigation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT risk management roles.
  • •Strong understanding of information security concepts, risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, EBIOS RM) and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and turn insights into actionable risk decisions.
  • •Effective communication for coordinating risk activities, training end users on processes/tools, and reporting risk posture to stakeholders.
  • •Strong problem-solving and critical thinking to anticipate issues and propose mitigation strategies.
