Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform, including task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows such as AI coding, solution generation, test case/report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation capabilities including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control/permissioning, auditability/traceability, and evaluation/quality measurement.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, QA, operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities, improving delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
  • •8+ years delivering backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale work; 3+ recent years delivering AI-related production in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong system thinking to design and evolve complex, scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
  • •Proficient in Java and/or Python with hands-on experience delivering complex systems and applying architectural judgment.
  • •Deep AI/agent architecture expertise: task decomposition/planning, tool/function calling patterns, context/session management, memory design, and execution loop/exception handling; practical LangChain/LangGraph experience.
