Furniture, Fixture & Equipment Manager

Manage the procurement of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) for multiple hotel and/or resort projects, ensuring value, efficiency, and adherence to budgets and schedules. Oversee FF&E-related project management, including product design/specification review, milestone planning for procurement, warehousing, and installation, and contract execution through closeout. Coordinate with Universal Creative teams, purchasing agents, and internal partners to optimize sourcing, monitor costs, and support Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
