Key Responsibilities

  • •Support third-party vendor and internal stakeholders with query management and incoming calls in a timely, professional manner.
  • •Prioritize queries by date, handle high-priority issues promptly, keep deadlines, and manage department day-to-day reports.
  • •Investigate root causes with other departments to resolve queries and prevent recurring issues.
  • •Perform and follow up on country-specific payment process tasks (e.g., dunning letters), including MDG and off-cycle/manual payment requests.
  • •Ensure compliance procedures are followed and assist with discrepancy investigations; help eliminate “R” blocked items and keep aging below 60 days.

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree.
  • •Minimum 2-5 years of experience in RTP.
  • •Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Other European language knowledge: German.
  • •Good analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
