Chief Financial Officer (Real Estate & Hospitality Developments)

Lead the finance function for a rapidly expanding real estate and branded hospitality development organization. Reporting to the Board, you’ll set financial strategy, own P&L and balance sheet accountability, and build scalable finance systems, governance, budgeting, and forecasting. Own treasury, cash flow, project financing, banking relationships, and debt facilities while ensuring UAE regulatory and escrow compliance across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use assets.
