Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize high-quality ServiceNow solutions for ECS Lines of Business, including ITSM and ITOM capabilities
  • •Build and enhance workflows, integrations, and custom solutions aligned with governance and architectural standards
  • •Manage shared components, frameworks, and partner delivery cycles, validating development efforts
