Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a reliable weekly availability (5+ hours/week) so families can book
  • •Personalize instruction, celebrate progress, and communicate clearly with families
  • •After trials, guide families on next steps for ongoing learning (subscriptions)
  • •Engage with feedback and optional trainings to keep getting better
  • •Teach 1:1 online sessions using ready-to-use resources and AI-supported tools

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience helping kids grow in reading, writing, and/or math (e.g., phonics, number sense, current methods)
  • •Strong communication and rapport-building skills with children and families
  • •Professional online setup: computer with camera/mic, stable internet, quiet, well-lit space
  • •Willingness to complete a background check (required for activation). Teaching certification is a plus, not required.
  • •Independent contractor (1099): you manage your schedule; hours aren’t guaranteed; no employment benefits
