Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations of the photography studio within RealReal’s Authentication Centers, driving productivity and supporting the consignor and customer experience. Lead a photography team using metrics and trackers, manage scheduling and attendance, complete department payroll, and help maintain a positive team culture. Facilitate weekly production meetings and trainings, support onboarding, and assist with performance and disciplinary communications.

•Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures and oversee master employee logs.
