Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute OHS solutions with minimal supervision across multiple jurisdictions to support a safe and healthy work environment.
  • •Serve as an internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • •Manage OHS vendor relationships and deliverables, including training partners and health centers, and monitor vendor performance.
  • •Lead engagement with employees for health assessment and safety training needs, and coordinate country OHS internal audits.
  • •Identify, develop, and recommend improvements to existing OHS procedures and practices, and partner with People and Legal on new health and safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Occupational Health and Safety certification/degree and experience covering multiple countries across Europe.
  • •Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors and partners.
  • •Good analytical and project management skills to map and implement new processes.
  • •Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
  • •Writes and speaks fluent English.
