Key Responsibilities

•Automate employee onboarding/offboarding end-to-end (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack) with zero-touch provisioning and secure kill switch for departures.
•Serve as the primary technical lead for the physical office, owning health of conference rooms, A/V integrations, and office tech for onsite and hybrid teams.
•Partner with Workplace and People teams to manage office expansions, desk deployments, and A/V upgrades as IT site lead for workspace improvements.
•Manage and secure the corporate network (WiFi, LAN, VPN, Firewalls) and endpoints (Intune); collaborate with Information Security to automate compliance monitoring and threat remediation.
•Build custom scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and utilize APIs to integrate our SaaS stack, transforming manual tasks into automated workflows and maintaining high-quality runbooks and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in IT Systems Engineering; previous experience as an Onsite Lead is a plus.
