Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and end-to-end delivery of features and small services (agents, copilots, and platform components) with limited guidance.
  • •Build agentic systems: orchestration, tool use, retrieval, memory/state, and evaluations that keep performance honest as models and prompts change.
  • •Define evaluations, regression tests, and observability for what you ship; participate in on-call and incident response for non-deterministic outputs.
  • •Contribute to the internal AI platform (agent runtimes, model access/routing, tool interfaces based on Model Context Protocol, and developer tooling).
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to scope problems into measurable solutions and mentor early-career engineers through reviews and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and shipping production features or services.
  • •Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications (retrieval-augmented generation, agents/tool use, prompt design) plus understanding of evaluation and LLMOps (versioning, regression testing, observability).
  • •Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or equivalents), Model Context Protocol tooling, vector stores, and runtime guardrails.
  • •Proficiency in at least one production language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java) and comfort with cloud-native infrastructure (containers, Kubernetes or serverless, CI/CD, observability stacks).
  • •Ability to define evaluations, regression tests, and observability for non-deterministic outputs and communicate trade-offs across engineering and stakeholders.
