Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee effective and efficient banking center operations in line with bank policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Supervise and train lobby and teller staff, including work scheduling, workflow, cross-training, orientation, and security training.
  • •Ensure banking center security and proper cash controls, including daily balancing, verification of cash, and handling daily deposits.
  • •Provide customer service leadership: assist with New Accounts and teller line as needed, resolve complaints and questions, and counsel customers on financial needs.
  • •Drive sales and deposit growth by cross-selling services, setting and leading sales goals/incentives, managing expenses, and preparing activity reports for management.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • •Minimum three years related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of bank services and products and familiarity with branch functions, policies, and procedures.
  • •Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain an effective workflow.
