Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a donor cultivation strategy for the region under supervision.
  • •Identify and build new donor relationships while deepening engagement with current and potential donors.
  • •Track donor relationships and report donor cultivation activities in Salesforce using program activity data and impact stories.
  • •Organize and lead 2-3 donor vision trips per year and manage regional development budget and expenses.
  • •Collaborate with the development team, participate in global meetings and program update calls, and attend required retreats and all-staff meetings.
