Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and quality control systems for construction and operational outcomes.
  • •Define standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating construction precision, accuracy, and reliability.
  • •Review engineering designs and Contracts QA/QC plans and relevant quality documentation; verify execution per latest updated IFC.
  • •Perform and coordinate QA/QC audits, issue and track NCRs through closure, and run incremental checks and mutual QC walkdowns with Owners.
  • •Support design verification, start-up/commissioning quality issues, coordinate mock-ups, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide quality training for subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of working experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or data center industries.
  • •Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined semiconductor projects or other relevant industries.
  • •Practical experience with project control mechanisms and commercial/technical risk assessments.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to visualize issues and communicate them effectively.
  • •Ability to organize and coordinate contractors and work collaboratively in a proactive team environment.
