Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide instruction and work direction to supervised team members; train and motivate to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Direct and monitor department operations and the assigned processes; make recommendations and implement process improvements.
  • •Ensure safety, quality, and food safety requirements are met, including taking immediate action to correct food safety deficiencies.
  • •Monitor and maintain team member time and attendance in Kronos; complete daily checklists and prepare/issue reports.
  • •Monitor quality levels and department performance; assist investigations and coordinate work area preparation for startup.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide first-level supervision and perform all positions within the department.
  • •Working knowledge of production operations and supervisory management practices.
  • •Proficiency in Infinity and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and working knowledge of AS400 (or willingness to learn).
  • •Complete Lock Out/Tag Out training and follow requirements; obtain pallet jack and forklift license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
  • •Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months with a valid Driver’s License and pass respiratory fit testing.
