Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary post-sales owner for assigned customer accounts and lead ongoing engagement to align with their security and business priorities.
  • •Manage customer lifecycle activities including onboarding/adoption planning, success planning, executive business reviews, adoption monitoring, and renewal support.
  • •Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and IT leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • •Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor by providing guidance on security architecture, threat detection strategies, and operational best practices.
  • •Drive adoption and optimization of TrendAI capabilities (XDR, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity protection, AI-driven threat detection) and track outcomes/ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as security architect, security consultant, security engineer, technical account manager, or technical advisor.
  • •Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including endpoint security, XDR/SOC operations, cloud security, identity security, and network security architecture.
  • •Experience working directly with enterprise security teams and CISOs.
  • •Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
