Job Summary

Join the Talent Acquisition team for TikTok Shop and help deliver hiring outcomes through real project work. You’ll support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—working with hiring managers and TA partners on intake, sourcing, screening, assessments, candidate relationship management, and onboarding. Build and maintain candidate pipeline databases, partner cross-functionally for hiring needs, and help improve recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements, promote open roles via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding.
•Source, target, and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
•Partner with TA partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
•Support new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to build business understanding; support HRBP on general HR-related work/projects.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK.
•Available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; commit to at least 3 months.
•Demonstrate interest in the human resource field and a strong desire to connect with people.
•Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and passion for turning insights into action.
•Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
