Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies.
  • •Administer large and complex government contracts, including monitoring performance and compliance, and leading negotiations for modifications and amendments.
  • •Support business development and proposals by identifying contract vehicles and preparing contract documentation for compliant proposals.
  • •Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for supplier agreements and subcontracts, including issuing subcontractor RFPs and conducting cost/price analysis when applicable.
  • •Maintain timely reporting and complete contract records; manage subcontractor relationships and ensure flow-down compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a defense contracting environment supporting CPAF, CPFF, FFP, and T&M government contracts.
  • •Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTAs, ITAR, and government procurement processes.
  • •Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions and managing government contracts.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
