Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, automations, and integrations.
  • •Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions aligned with the long-term platform strategy.
  • •Oversee and design integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms to ensure reliable data flow.
  • •Drive platform optimization across performance, scalability, usability, and governance, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • •Establish engineering standards for coding, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and release management while mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar.

  • •12+ years of Salesforce engineering or technical leadership experience in global SaaS organizations.
  • •2+ years directly managing engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities for scalable CRM solution design.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform customization.
  • •Salesforce architecture fundamentals including governor limits and scalable solution design, plus DevOps/CI/CD and Agile/Scrum delivery.
