Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret front elevation drawings, wiring diagrams, bill of materials, and schematics to verify components and structure assemblies per inspection procedures and literature.
  • •Inspect products on all lines to confirm proper function of switchboards and electrical components, identify non-conformances, and ensure customer specification, safety, and quality requirements are met.
  • •Document inspections using the applicable checklist and accurately complete process/update paperwork (e.g., POM, test reports).
  • •Verify torqued connections using a torque wrench and examine mating structures to ensure the job is complete and field installation is problem-free.
  • •Document and communicate non-conformances as critical quality records, support required rework, communicate design errors to front-end personnel, and serve as an informal trainer for production associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.56 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 years manufacturing, production, or military experience, or a degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Experience in a Quality Inspector or Testing role in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and manufacturing software/ERP-MRP/electronic work instructions/Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of basic electricity/current flow and ability to read and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, and testing procedures (including UL/NEC/customer codes).
