Job Summary

Perform overhaul, rework, and repair work on aircraft equipment and components at the cell level to meet production schedules. Assemble and disassemble parts, perform cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot, and test work according to component maintenance manuals and quality standards (AS9110C/Airworthiness Part 145). Resolve issues with supervisors and support teams, update repair cost estimates, and follow EHS policies and export control regulations. Training is provided for candidates without prior aviation experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform work at cell level to meet the production schedule.
•Assemble, disassemble, perform minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot, and test according to component maintenance manuals.
•Resolve issues promptly and ensure repair cost estimates are updated accurately.
•Work closely with supervisors and support personnel to resolve problems.
•Adhere to Quality Management System (e.g., AS9110C / Airworthiness Part 145) and comply with EHS and export control regulations.

Key Requirements

•NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or other aerospace-related courses.
•Passed in aviation-related legislation papers (CAAS/EASA) such as L12/L11/M10 is an advantage.
•Preferably have a degree or diploma in engineering.
•Ability to read, write, and understand English.
•Computer literacy; knowledge of SAP is preferred. Ability to read and work from technical/service manuals, orders, specifications, drawings, and written instructions.
