Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR guidance on policies and processes including employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll
  • •Manage recruitment activities in line with business requirements
  • •Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes including orientation and exit interviews
  • •Oversee talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and goals setting
  • •Assist with compensation processes including salary reviews and promotions and generate HR reports

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
  • •5 to 7 years experience in a similar HR generalist role
  • •Detailed understanding of HR principles and practices
  • •Experience with HR systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
