Key Responsibilities

  • •Support equipment readiness and commissioning for tool demos, conversions, and installations through supplier qualification (from pre-design through install to SL2SO).
  • •Support the Tool Install Manager and functional area teams to deliver project success for safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Develop, direct, and influence a team of engineers and technicians in a matrix environment; guide suppliers on execution priorities and productivity.
  • •Manage onsite construction resources and equipment vendors, including funding, forecasting, performance feedback, and logistics support; coordinate planning across trades and third parties.
  • •Coordinate with Central Tool Install (CTI)/Virtual Factory (VF) counterparts, run taskforces and after-action reviews (AARs), and facilitate Lean initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture (or related technical discipline) with 3+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Demonstrated project or program management on large-scale construction or factory tool install/qualification and conversion ramp activities.
  • •Knowledge and expertise in installation, conversion, and de-installation of Wet Etch and/or Planar process tool equipment.
  • •Experience with enterprise systems supporting project execution, including planning, procurement, capacity management, quality tracking, and safety compliance.
  • •Experience managing and coordinating day-to-day operations with 3rd-party suppliers; Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean, or 6-Sigma certification is preferred.
