Job Summary

Join Dyson’s growing E‑commerce team as an Associate Manager responsible for driving sales on Dyson.com, Rakuten, and Yahoo Shopping. Lead annual/monthly/daily activation calendars, execute paid and promotional campaigns, collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, IT, finance, and supply chain, and continuously monitor sales data and forecasts to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve sales targets on Dyson.com, Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping (and potential new channels) by developing and executing annual/monthly/daily activation calendars to drive CVR and traffic growth.
•Plan and execute planned initiatives on Dyson.com including payment campaigns, purchase incentives, price promotions, and price-matching activities.
•Collaborate with the Category Brand team to maximize sales through new product launches and marketing campaigns.
•Hold weekly meetings with marketplace partners (Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping) to assess market conditions and negotiate exposure opportunities to boost sales.
•Monitor daily sales data, take timely actions, and update weekly forecasts to ensure and exceed targets.

Key Requirements

•EC-related experience of 5+ years (minimum 3 years required); durable goods or consumer electronics experience is a plus.
•Experience selling on Dyson.com, Rakuten Ichiba, and Yahoo Shopping.
•Business-level Japanese; English proficiency is a plus but not required.
•CVR-related KPI management and advanced analytics skills to translate data into actions.
•Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, ad tech, measurement tools, and modeling.
