Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the backend behind customer-facing insights, including spending summaries, travel insights, and spend controls like budgets and recurring-payment tracking.
  • •Work across a high-throughput streaming and storage stack to aggregate data accurately and serve low-latency, well-documented APIs.
  • •Improve categorisation accuracy so customers can trust the numbers they see.
  • •Own backend components and flows end-to-end, including development, deployment, running in production, and participating in on-call rotation.
  • •Write high-quality tests and documentation, and review code to raise the team’s engineering bar.
