Job Summary

Lead on implementing investment product and sales strategies in the assigned area, acting as a specialist in insurance and retirement solutions within HSBC’s Premier and Wealth sales force. Partner with PRM/RM to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions, train and coach internal teams, and drive needs-based sales to deepen client relationships and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive investment sales activities on-site in the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
•Lift PRM/RM Insurance professionalism and productivity through training, coaching, joint calls, seminars, and other communications activities.
•Be a specialist in insurance/retirement/protection; collaborate with PRM/RM to prepare and present comprehensive wealth solutions for higher-end clients.
•Work with PRM/RM to identify opportunities and deepen client relationships with HSBC across Premier and Elite segments.
•Ensure needs-based sales process is adhered to, delivering a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and outstanding customer service; may conduct product trainings for new launches.

Key Requirements

•University or above graduated
•Proven experience with track record in insurance and product knowledge
•Experience in two of the following roles: sales, financial consultant, investment research, investment/insurance product in the wealth management industry
•Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record
•Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
