Job Summary

Lead the Services Delivery organization’s program management efforts to accelerate customer adoption and business objectives. You will hire, coach, and direct a PM Delivery team, build delivery readiness strategies and scalable PMO governance, and run complex engagements with executive and sponsor stakeholders. Partner with Sales, GTM, practice, and SI/implementation partners to shape service offerings, draft Statements of Work, standardize delivery, and drive customer satisfaction through measurable delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire, coach, and lead the PM Delivery Team while building a high-performance culture focused on growth and ownership.
•Build and execute strategic business plans for Services Delivery regional objectives, including revenue and consumption targets, and create forecasts (revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, hiring).
•Lead large, complex engagements by engaging executive/sponsor stakeholders and serving as an escalation point to drive alignment and customer buy-in.
•Standardize delivery across teams by reviewing proposals/estimates, conducting project reviews, and creating tools to improve efficiency, quality, and process.
•Partner with Sales, GTM, practice directors, resource management, and SI/partners to staff engagements, develop partner strategies, draft/review Statements of Work, and create repeatable industry/vertical solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,000 - 321,300 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of professional services delivery experience, including leading large teams (25+) and owning financial targets (revenue, headcount, utilization).
•Strong management consulting experience and skills.
•Built and executed a large scalable Program Management Office (PMO) within a consulting or professional services organization.
•Demonstrated end-to-end PMO governance frameworks for internal and external use.
•Experience with consumption-based delivery (on-premises and SaaS) and managing cross-functional professional services teams, including forecasting delivery metrics; travel as needed.
