Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new business by evaluating client needs and offering appropriate financial products, services, and loans.
  • •Underwrite, structure, and close commercial loans, including preparing loan memos/documents and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • •Maintain and service an existing loan portfolio by providing ongoing relationship servicing and timely responses to inquiries (within 24 hours).
  • •Conduct networking activities and manage prospecting, including developing call lists and making warm and cold prospect calls to meet monthly goals.
  • •Coordinate with back office personnel to resolve credit problems, delinquent payment issues, overdrafts, and advise clients on account status and dispute resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of banking or financial services experience.
  • •Experience working directly with customers at all levels, from support staff to business owners and managers.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with decision makers and influencers.
  • •Ability to prepare/coordinate proposals and work productively through the underwriting process.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
