Execute seasonal go-to-market and service strategies across the Virginia territory to grow brand awareness and sell-through. Provide retail support through in-person store visits, product demos, merchandising, and promotional activations. Engage communities and represent Altra at events, races, and expos, while partnering with Sales and Field Service teams.
