Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers to qualify equipment, co-develop processes, optimize operations, and troubleshoot epitaxial hardware.
  • •Tailor tool performance to meet specific customer process and integration requirements.
  • •Assess and approve operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers on operation and maintenance.
  • •Serve as a liaison to communicate customer issues to Business Unit experts and ensure delivery of suitable solutions.
  • •Provide on-site installations and oversee diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Salary: USD 108,000 - 148,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong foundational understanding of chemistry, physics, materials, statistics, and semiconductor device physics, with aptitude for mechanical hardware systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analyses to resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
  • •Experience developing and optimizing processes and participating in design of experiments (DOEs) and hypothesis experiments.
  • •Understanding of best practices and how epitaxy (EPI) integrates, including awareness of competitors and differentiation factors.
  • •Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information, build consensus, and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
