Key Responsibilities

•Develop agent-based autonomous systems for more effective threat fighting and reduced operational costs.
•Optimize large models end to end to improve risk control intelligence across scenarios.
•Improve long-context comprehension, cross-modal information extraction, and instruction adherence.
•Address challenges in understanding adversarial content and AI-generated content (AIGC).
•Integrate fragmented risk control knowledge into skills that agents can use.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
•Excellent coding skills with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms; proficiency in Python required, with familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to define, analyze, and solve problems, with publications in CCF-A journals or conferences such as AAAI, NeurIPS, SIGKDD, or SIGIR preferred.
•Strong resilience and excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for technology and willingness to embrace challenges.
•Ability to commit to an onboarding date by end of 2027 and state availability and graduation date clearly in the resume.
