Job Summary

Serve as a Level 3 Security Managed Services Engineer, proactively securing and keeping client infrastructures running smoothly. Triage and resolve complex incidents through deep third-line support, root-cause analysis, and continuous monitoring. Ensure client environments are correctly configured, installed, tested, and operational while maintaining zero SLA misses. Create knowledge articles, train junior team members, and contribute to automation and operational improvements, including disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents using monitoring tools and required checks.
•Provide third-line support by investigating root causes of incidents and problems.
•Ensure assigned client-site infrastructure is correctly configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Handle high-complexity tickets and deliver advanced solutions while maintaining zero SLA misses.
•Create knowledge articles, train junior team members, and contribute to automation and operational/disaster recovery improvements.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
•Strong IT engineering background, preferably within medium to large ICT organizations.
•Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
