Key Responsibilities

  • •Review client compensation and survey inputs to identify questionable data.
  • •Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
  • •Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
  • •Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular, proactive communications.
  • •Assist in the production of compensation and survey reports, including review, design, and modification, and support ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • •1–2 years of research, data analysis, or data cleaning experience; fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged.
  • •Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interact with internal and external constituents.
  • •Strong initiative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (macros a plus), with strong customer service skills and excellent written and oral communication.
