Key Responsibilities

  • •Capital project engineering performance including all phases such as scoping and budgeting, conceptual engineering, contract management and design, engineering design, construction, and closeout.
  • •Responsible for leading and creating new conceptual designs and overseeing the work of external detailed designers.
  • •Perform field circuit reviews based on the projects scope provided and identify proposed improvements.
  • •Proactively identify and perform special projects and studies that innovatively solve unique and complex problems with broad impact to the business.
  • •Develop innovative alternate methods or design concepts to resolve unique problems or to improve processes/services.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering.
  • •7+ years of experience in projects delivery or another related field, with relevant network construction and operational experience including field inspections.
  • •Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance Environment - Local, State and Federal Regulatory Standards and requirements.
  • •Ability to adequately document and interpret engineering documentation; ability to review and approve engineering work done by others to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
