Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project planning and upstream consulting for global Modern Workplace initiatives, including current state analysis and target architecture.
  • •Create migration plans and design documents, outlining data, functionality, and tool-based migration approaches.
  • •Oversee migration execution and issue resolution, coordinating with global sites and stakeholders.
  • •Provide training and adoption support for users transitioning to Microsoft 365 and associated tools.
  • •Manage project governance, timelines, and client communications including meeting materials and minutes.
