Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring performance indicators and individual goals.
  • •Lead and coach the team to exceed productivity goals and model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and provide ongoing training, feedback, and development.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards; manage expenses, shrink, merchandising, replenishment, and inventory practices.
