Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion safety in the maintenance department by supporting site safety programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industrial hygiene standards, and environmental policies.
  • •Identify and address unsafe acts and conditions; conduct Life Critical Audits and safety compliance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coordinate contractor requirements and maintenance resources to schedule equipment, personnel, and parts for operational needs during routine and shutdown periods.
  • •Develop and manage preventive/corrective maintenance plans; review, prioritize, and schedule maintenance requests, and manage work order completion and backlog closeout.
  • •Develop and maintain shutdown calendars and schedules, facilitate shutdown planning meetings, use SAP MRP for maintenance/materials/equipment data, and prepare cost estimates for planned activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent with five years of chemical process maintenance experience and general knowledge of plant systems, processes, and procedures.
  • •Associate’s degree with three years of maintenance or project planning experience.
  • •Basic working knowledge of the Materials Management and Production Planning modules in SAP.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and word processing software (Microsoft Office, including Access).
  • •Willingness to learn Microsoft Project.
