Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, partnering with plaintiffs’ counsel to negotiate and finalize settlement documents, resolve disputes, and execute compliant settlement structures. Oversee settlement implementation, claims administration workflow, and quality assurance, including data analysis, settlement allocation, lien resolution, and governance. Manage teams of nurse paralegals and attorneys reviewing incoming claims.
